What is your MOQ?
The minimum order quantity is 3000 pieces/piece/color. Welcome to try the low MOQ of 100 pieces. Please inform us of the quantity and other requirements, and we will calculate the cost accordingly.
Can I get samples?
Of course. We usually provide stock samples for free, but custom design requires some sample fees. The fee is refundable when the order reaches a certain quantity. Samples are sent via Fedex, UPS, TNT or DHL (2-4 days).
How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-4 days. For your own design, it takes 4-10 days depending on complexity.
How long is the production lead time?
Quantities within 100Kpcs take 30-35 days. For products with a low MOQ of 500 pieces, we can provide them within 15 days.
How many colors are available?
We use Pantone color codes to match colors. You can provide the Pantone code you need, or we can recommend popular colors to you.
What is your payment term?
Our normal payment terms are TT, 30% deposit and 70% copy of BL after the order is signed. We also accept L/C at sight.
